is an applied marketing
research and business strategy
professional by training
with more than 20 years
of experience in consulting
organizations, start-ups,
and Fortune 500 companies.
He offers experience from
a wide variety of industry
perspectives which include
internet, e-commerce, e-learning,
computers & electronics,
software, telecommunications,
health care, pharmaceuticals,
and biotech.
Dr. Brill has run the corporate-wide
customer and strategic business
research functions for several
major corporations including
Caterpillar, State Street
Corporation (world's largest
global custody bank), and
CMP Media (Internet Division).
In these roles, he successfully
introduced cutting-edge
and experimental research
methods and technologies.
Dr. Brill earned a BS from
The Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania;
an MS in Business Administration
with a concentration in
Marketing Research; and
a PhD in Marketing with
a concentration in Group
Dynamics from the Fox School
of Business, Temple University
. He has published research
in peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary,
business-related science
journals (e.g., Journal
of Business Research
and Advances in Consumer
Research ) and articles
in marketing research trade
magazines.
