The NJISA
Research Call Center was
established in 2006 to support
the panel member recruitment
and assessment needs of
ORANJ BOWL. The Research
Call Center is integral
to the success of the research
function at NJISA because:

It provides our
senior research
staff with direct
supervision and
management control
of data collection
activities;
- Its existence,
combined with our
policy of having
all extramural data
collection involving
the ORANJ BOWL panel
conducted by Research
Call Center personnel,
empowers NJISA to
ensure the privacy
and anonymity of
all panel members;
and
-
Interviewers receive
lengthy, specialized
training empowering
them to deliver
the highest quality
telephone data
collection possible,
thus helping to
ensure the scientific
integrity of research
findings.
