been divided into 5 regions defined by county.
- Each region includes 16% to 26%
of New Jersey 's population.
- Concentrated recruitment
and interviewing efforts are made within each
region for a 2 month period of time.
- Every 2 months, the
regional focus changes, though interviewing
efforts continue in all regions throughout
the year.
